Questions
What happens when I cancel?
You choose to end the subscription at the end of the period you have paid for, and keep everything until then. Afterwards you cannot save new diagrams or host sessions, but you can still download or delete what you saved.
How is a team billed?
One subscription with two prices: £5 a month for the team plus £1 a month for each member, the owner included. When someone joins or leaves, the member count is updated and Stripe prorates the difference.
What do team members get?
Every member can host live sessions, save to their own cloud storage and use the team's shared storage. Anyone you invite needs an account with the invited email address. If the team subscription ends, members keep read access to the shared diagrams so nothing is held back.
Do people joining a live session need an account?
No. Anyone with the code or link can join for free. The host chooses whether viewers can only watch or can edit the canvas too. Only the host needs a plan, and the host has to stay online for the session to run.
Where does a live session's data go?
From each person in the session to our server and on to everyone else. Nobody connects to anybody else directly, so nobody sees anybody else's network address, though everyone sees each other's pointer and display name. The diagram is held in memory only while the session runs and is not stored.
Who handles payment?
Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and we never see them. You can update your card or download invoices from your account.
What if I delete my account?
Your subscription ends immediately and no further payment is taken. Your profile, photo and saved diagrams are deleted. If you own a team with other members, remove them or delete the team first.
